My name is Susan Onigbinde, an entrepreneur and interdisciplinary design leader skilled in research, strategy and visual communication.
I 'stumbled' upon design at a young age and that relationship never ended. (If you're more of a video person, you can watch our short video to hear this part of the story).

My seemingly innate passion for design and drive to leverage it to bring lasting positive impact to people and business has carved my path over the years. My path led to me study design, first at SCAD, then at the Institute of Design, where I also got an MBA at the Stuart School of Business.
I currently run one of Africa's leading design research firms, leading a team of talented designers and researchers as we work with global and local organizations to deliver meaningful results that align with business objectives, foster growth and create lasting value.
I’ve worked with and led teams on a variety of projects in Agriculture, Finance, Education, Health Care and B2C, aimed at social impact and business profit in the United States and West Africa.
I enjoy tackling challenges, planning and utilizing structured processes to arrive at end solutions that bring immense value to all stakeholders, leveraging the power of visual communication to create shared understanding and engagement.
